Profile Master is our advanced CAD/CAM system that incorporates all the features necessary to efficiently control the production of general 'profiled' parts.

Parts can be created with the integral CAD system, generated from optional parametric pattern templates, or imported from another program.

Once entered in to the software Automatic and Interactive Nesting routines are used to position parts on to sheets ahead of generating the Numerical Control (NC) data to drive the cutting machine(s).

Various printed reports can be produced to assist workers and provide vital management information before the NC data files are transferred (DNC link, CAT5/WiFi network, flash drive, etc.) to the machine controller for cutting.
