Are you eligible for Technical Support?
All original software purchases include a 12-month support contract providing unlimited access to our customer support services via telephone, fax, email or the Internet.
In addition to the support services it also enables users to receive updates, of the same program version, for the duration of the contract. Updates by CD or email are freely available on request, or can be easily downloaded from this Website.
After the initial 12-month period users have the option of extending the software maintenance contract on a yearly basis.
